Usually you send the right product. But today I received the wrong package, you sent me black and mild regular not my order of black and mild woodtip. I usually recieve the right product but moving forward could you ensure you are sending the correct order to customers like me. Again I only order from your company black and mild woodtip! Price is great, but so often there is wait on being shipped due to fulfillment issues. Prior to ordering I don't see it telling me it is out of stock at the moment.

Product as described , fairly priced. However shipping in todays times was high, where most offer free shipping, of free if you spend $35. Shipping on this item was $9.95... a little extreme!
