Oliva Cigars

In 1886, Melanio Oliva planted his first tobacco crop. In the early 1920s, Facundo Oliva, Melanio’s son, took over the tobacco farm.

Today, the Oliva cigars lineup has gained a lot of high ratings from consumers and industry professionals. The brand even won the Cigar of the Year in 2014 by the Cigar Aficionado Magazine with their Oliva Serie V Melanio Figurado Cigar.

Serie V Melanio is handcrafted using professionally fermented Ligero fillers. These leaves are known for their rich and strong flavors. This unique cigar is sure to exceed your expectations. That is why it has won the 2014 Cigar of the Year.

The Serie V is a sophisticated blend of Nicaraguan long-filler tobaccos. It is finished with a high priming Habano Sun Grown Wrapper and blended with uniquely fermented Jalapa Valley Ligero. The Serie V offers complex tobacco with dark chocolate and rich coffee tones. A well-balanced and subtle spice is present across the entire smoke.

The Connecticut Reserve is blended from Nicaraguan binder and long-fillers. It is wrapped with an Ecuadorian Connecticut wrapper. The Connecticut Reserve is a medium-bodied cigar that offers silky and smooth smoke. Though it’s mellow, it isn’t short on flavor. It is the ideal cigar for any occasion.
