Delivery

  •   Canada 

    We can ship to Canada any number of items, but is best if you order less than 4 to avoid high import taxes. Shipping charge to Canada is $39.99 per package or per box. In the event that you refuse an order due to taxes, we will refund order minus the shipping. Shipping time frames vary, it can take up to 15 days for delivery

  •   Shipping within the Unites States

    We ship most orders within 48-96 hours after reviewing them. We use USPS Priority Mail and First Class as well as UPS Ground. If you are shipping to a PO Box keep in mind we will use USPS. For larger packages or business orders we will use UPS Ground. We reserve the right to use either UPS or USPS for Free Shipping

    • USPS Priority Mail for most orders
    • USPS First Class for lighter orders
    • Due to state laws we now have to send all packages with signature require. 
  •   Age Verification

    All orders are subject to an age verification. We have partnered with Veratad Technologies to facilitate this process.

    Veratad uses data like address records and DMV from your local state.

  

Payment

  • We accept all major debit/credit cards

    We accept all major debit cards and credit cards as long as they have VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover logos on them. Please make sure your billing address matches the one listed with your bank.

  • PayPal

    We accept PayPal on almost all transactions. PayPal does have limitations on products like Hookah, Electronic Cigarettes and Vape Juices. Please make sure that if you are using Paypal that you are not using it to buy one of the listed products above as it may result in a cancellation of your order. 

     

    Returns Policy

    You may return most new, unopened items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

     Orders shipped to Canada that are refused due to Taxes or import fees will be refunded minus the shipping paid.Keep in mind that if you refuse an order we must receive package first in order for us to issue such refund.


    Shipping Policy

     

    • Free shipping applies to orders of $199 or more. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping at $199 (Please refer to the wholesale section for further details.)

    • Shipping prices are displayed at view cart page or during checkout.

    • You will receive a tracking number via email once order is shipped.

    • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and verification.

    • Age will be verified upon delivery by carrier.

    • Driver license or proof of legal age must be provided upon delivery.

    • Estimated times of arrival start once the order is shipped and picked up by carrier.

    • We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.

    • Orders to PO BOX will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    • Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground.

    • Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

    • Please be aware we can only ship lighters via UPS Ground and they will not be gas filled the client is responsible for filling them with proper lighter gas .

    • We do not ship to Montana.

    • All humidor orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.

    • Shipping upgrades are only available for phone orders.

    • We ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail.
    • Some orders may require signature upon delivery.
