Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

 

  • We are not accepting returns on any merchandise due to Covid-19 (Temporary to ensure our safety and yours)
  • Free shipping applies to orders of $199 or more. Wholesale orders do not qualify for free shipping at $199 (Please refer to the wholesale section for further details.)

  • Shipping prices are displayed at view cart page or during checkout.

  • You will receive a tracking number via email once order is shipped.

  • Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and verification.

  • Age will be verified upon delivery by carrier.

  • Driver license or proof of legal age must be provided upon delivery.

  • Estimated times of arrival start once the order is shipped and picked up by carrier.

  • We ship via UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail.

  • Orders to PO BOX will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Orders that qualify for free shipping will be shipped via UPS Ground.

  • Orders to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Guam will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Please be aware we can only ship lighters via UPS Ground and they will not be gas filled the client is responsible for filling them with proper lighter gas .

  • We do not ship to Montana.

  • All humidor orders will be shipped via UPS Ground.

  • Shipping upgrades are only available for phone orders.

  • We ship to APO/FPO via USPS Priority Mail.
  • Some orders may require signature upon delivery.

 

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 5 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, or damaged only.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

 Orders shipped to Canada that are refused due to Taxes or import fees will be refunded minus the shipping paid.Keep in mind that if you refuse an order we must receive package first in order for us to issue such refund
