We have made our return policy as easy as possible to ensure we provide you with the best quality service .Please be aware that we inspect all merchandise upon receiving and shipping from our warehouse to make sure we have fresh products.

  • Please submit a ticket via our contact us page
  • We can only accept merchandise in its original packaging 
  • All merchandise must me sealed
  • If damaged all cigars, little cigars must be returned
  • We will issue a return label via USPS
  • You need to print label to return the merchandise
